How long does shipping take for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the UK and Ireland. International delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unopened and unused products in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, hair tools and accessories cannot be returned if the seal is broken.
Are Voduz hair tools suitable for all hair types?

Do your styling tools come with a warranty?
All Voduz electrical styling tools come with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase against any technical faults.
